Cetma Composites Prana Fins Orange
Long freediving fins are better for building a proper «freediving» technique.
The carbon fins is a good investment if you’re committed, however we usually advice people to start with high-quality fiberglass fins. And yes, there are different grades of fiberglass and the efficiency of the kick differs a lot.
I suggest that you go with fiberglass long fins first to get used to the slow, full-leg kick. As you improve, couple years down the road you can upgrade to Carbon fins. Also, there are some manufacturer that provide different length options (60cm blades, 70cm blades, 80cm blades).
